Our poor feet are so often locked up in shoes (otherwise known as foot-coffins), which increases the extra tension we hold there and influences almost all out movements as a result.
This commonly leads to things like bunions and plantar fasciitis (and fasciosis). And without the right inputs, we often experience these conditions for a much longer period of time than we should need to.
The intent here is to really help those with plantar fascia issues, and those with general sore feet to build greater resilience, enhance movement and reduce discomfort. Doing this work on a regular basis is going to give you the best chance of improving how you feel.
Some of the work in these practices will need to be scaled back to start with, and built up to gradually – but repetition, dedication to the work and a progressive mindset will get you there in time.
